Ines Flax

Ines was born in Nicaragua and came to the USA in 1973 to continue her college education. She married Dr. Gary Flax in 1975. Gary trained at UC San Francisco California and was an active Obstetrician & Gynecologist in private practice in Hollywood Florida for over 20 years. In 1999 he retired to South Beach and Ines began her career in Real Estate. They both reside full time at The Michael Graves Building, 1500 Ocean Drive # 1006, Miami Beach.

She was a Dean List, President List, and Honor International Business Graduate of FAU, class of 1979. A Florida resident since 1977, moved to South Beach in 1999, joined Temple Emanuel that year, The Greater Miami Board of Realtors in 2000, the Miami Beach Leadership Academy in 2003, the Legends Society in 2005, and the Master Broker in 2006.

Passionate about people, Real Estate, and South Beach, she got into Real Estate to help you, the consumer. To provide intelligent and honest services and to deliver results. 1) Freeing her Dad from a communist jail in 1981 in Nicaragua

2) Raising her daughter Nina, a National Merit Scholar Finalist and Harvard Law School 2005 graduate. Nina practices Corporate Law at Mayer & Brown, in Chicago where she has excelled to the top of her field and has become a partner at the firm.

3) Helping to raise her nephew, Ricardo Suarez, a Dentist in private practice in West Covina, California who graduated from USC Dental School.

4) Working for numerous local and regional charities such as the Children Home Society, Miami City Ballet, NCJW, and JAFCO
